GSL Series High Effect Damp Mixing Granulator (GS-DE27)

Principle Powder raw material and adhesive are mixed to moisture soft material through mixing oar the bottom of the cylinder (cone) container. Then cut it to become uniform damp granule through high speed crushing oar installed at the side. Features 1. The machine adapts horizontal cylinder structure. Its structure is reasonable. 2. Adapt drying shaft through filled air sealing. When clean, it can turn to water. 3. Granulating in liquefied-state. Its granule approaches ball. Its fluidity is good. 4. Compared with traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be saved and the drying time can be shorted too. 5. The dry mixing time will be 2 minutes and the granulating time will be 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional process, its working efficiency will raise 4-5times. 6. The procedures of dry mixing-granulating can be finished in the same sealed container. Its procedure is shorted.
