Mixing Machine-VSH-A Working principle: The mixing machine relies on the quick self-rotation of two non-symmetrical spirals and the upward lifting of the material to form two non-symmetrical going upward from lower along with the barrel arm spiral material flows. The spiral revolution movement driven by the rotary arm gets the material outside of the sprial into the envelope of the screw post in different degrees, some is misplaced and lifted and some is thrown out of the screw post so as to make the material around the full periphery continually renewed and expanded and the two plies of material lifted to the upper are then gathered in the central concave and form a ply of downward material flow, supplementing the empty slot on the bottom, so as to form a convective circulation. Because of the repeated above movement, the material gets mixed uniformly in a short time, with a higher degree.
