Pick and Place Machine (TB38V)

Manual mounter TP38V T38V have a table for X Y and Z axes direction adjustable PCB position platform and the mounting head can circumrotate freely, that make sure high accuracy (0.01mm). Vacuum generator can pick up all kinds of IC component. For four-dimensional direction adjusting and high-de optical CCD video camera and optical CPP can ensure high precision position and mount of QFP, PLCC on CPB boards. That can avoid the error which caused by the hand shivering when mounting. TP38V shall be used cooperating with vacuum pump. Air supply can be controlled by manual switch for fine pitch IC position and mount like SOP, SON, QFP, PLCC, QFN. Meanwhile, four-dimensional degree free adjustment: X-Y axis high precision machinery position platform for micro-adjust at X, Y direction, up and down adjustment by Z axis, θ angle can be rotated freely. Camera monitor system can improve the mounting accuracy too and easy to operate.
