Rubber, steel, PU roller Welding rotator (turning roll, roller bed): -Composed of driving/power unit, idler unit, electric cabinet and manually controlled panel. -Manual controlled panel with buttons makes operation much convenient. -Distance between rollers can be adjusted automatically to fit pipes/tanks with different diameters. -Frequency speed control is applied for the adjustment of roller speed. -Two steel rollers are used at both ends of rubber rollers to protect rubber rollers. -Rollers material could also be polyurethane or steel. -Widened rollers increase life span of rollers and reducer pressure on pipes/tanks.
