Pit Type Tempering Furnace

Pit tempering furnace: RJ2 Series Well Type Tempering Furnace is a cyclic working furnace applicable to the tempering of metal workpieces and heat treatment of light alloy parts. Structure: The well type tempering furnace has a column-shaped shell of welded angle, channel steel, and steel plates. The refractory layer of the cover is light clay bricks in a vertially-arranged crisscross mode. The heating components are placed on the supporting bricks of the inside wall of the hearth. The hearth is built with one heat insulation layer of silicate aluminum fiber. And between the shell and this heat insulation layer is one heat preservation layer of heat preservation powder and diatomite bricks. In the middle of the hearth is one rack for accomodating the workpieces. On the top of the furnace is one ventilator, circulating the furnace inside air and unifying the temperature. Before opening the furnace cover, the power should be cut off. To meet different requirements, we offer tailor-made service to our customer.
