Cam Drive Feeder This model is suitable high speed, high precision feeding processing, feeding length adjustting is done by the transposition of 1-4 piece gear wheel. 1. Most suitable for processing the products requiring high feed accuracy at a high speed. 2. This is the feeder enjoying widest range of applications covering thin to thick materials, length from short to long and width from wide to narrow. 3. Without need of plate thickness adjustment. Feed length can be altered by changing the gear. No skill needed. 4. Specifications (1). Intermittent roll feed adopting the cam driving system. (2). Feed length is altered by changing 2 to 4 pieces of gears. (3). The system is driven by lower roll. The upper roll is pressed by the spring. (4). Manual change of the air valve is used to release the upper and lower rolls in case of inserting the material. (5)Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated automatically.
