This production line adopt unique forming technology to produce large diameter PE plastic pipes, the diameter can reach 2500mm-3000mm maximiumly. It uses recycled PE material for production so that it can greatly reduce production cost, comparing with PE double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line this machine is easy to operate and at the same time the production line is much cheaper than PE double wall corrugated pipe production line.Extruder: We adopt two steps type decompression screw, this screw is with expertized mixing and plasticization function, also it has high twist torque and high temperature control accuracy capacity, this makes it can use more than 90% of recovery material during the course of production.Calibrating: We adopt composite die and use two extruders to provide material, it use helix turning forming method to realize high efficiency production.Electric control sytem: We adopt world famous PLC control system for this production line, it has touch-screen which can control the whole production easily. Also we adopt world famous brand inverter, digital D.C. peed regulator etc so ensure the electric appliance work well during the course of production.
