Implements like link joint bucket elevators can be used for bulk materials with big parcel size and bulk density. Pneumatic conveying systems are preferred for materials with small parcel size and good fluidity. Bag dischargers are available when the raw materials are in bags. The raw materials are kept in segmented silos, which can assist in creating a compact plant layout. The raw materials are dosed accurately by different dosing methods depending on product characteristics. Screw and macro-magnetic conveyances as well as a series of valves are used to ensure precise dosing. We also use ultra-fine dosing methods for high precision needs. Weighing and mixing: We have single, twin and multiple hopers available to satisfy the need for weighing accuracy and capability. We use gravity ploughshare mixers that are specially designed to meet customers' demands for the fast, precision mixing of components with wide ranging proportions, densities, structures and flow characteristics. The mixers discharge materials quickly and simply, with no difficult to clean dead spots. Delivery of the products Systems can be equipped with different modes to suit product preferences. Valve packers, open-mouth packers, conveyors and pelletizing devices can all be connected and integrated in accord with specific market needs.
