Double Toothed Roll Crusher The two types of the machines (2PGC 450*500, 2PGC 600*750)are designed to be used for the coarse and medium reduction of various kinds of coal and coke as well as other brittle materials of low hardness. Each type of the machine is mainly composed of a housing, toothed roll, long-tooth geasrs and safety spring. The two toothed rolls are driven by a motor viav-belts and rotate in opposite direction for crushing material. The discharge size can be altered by means of changing the toothed plates on the gear housing. The machine(2 PGC 1200*1500)is designed to be used for crushing various hardness of iron-ore sintered blocks and Lead-Zine sintered blocks in smeltery factories and ironworkses. This machine is mainly composed of a housing, rolls, connecting-plate gearbox and safety interlocking device. The two rolls are driven by a motor via reducing gear and connecting-plate gearbox and rotate in opposite direction. The clearance between the rolls can be adjusted for the control of the discharge size.
