Silicon-Core Compounding Pipe Production Line

This production line is mainly used to produce HDPE with sillicon pipe. With the proper design of the whole production line, it is easy to operate, highly automatic, able to ensure quality of continuous production. It can also realize the high speed production. The main raw material for HDPE with silicon pipes is high density polythene. The pipes, manufactured by three plastic extruders and the multi-head pieces, can be used as the sheathing coat for electrical cables and optical cables in the telecommunication express way projects. Diameter setting part: It has adopted vacuum nagative pressure setting unit and recycled water spray cooling unit and it is made of stainless steel. The cooling length is 20m. Haul-off unit: It has adopted pneumatic gripping and the frequency control system which enable the stable drawing of the pipes. Automatic control: By using PLC pragrammable computer control system.
