ZS Oscillating Screen

Features: This machine is composed of hopper, oscillator, coupling and motor. Inside the oscillating chamber, there are eccentric wheel, rubber soft ware and spindle. The adjustable eccentric gravity hemmer is driven and transmitted to the spindle's central line by the motor. Under the unbalanced condition, it produces the centrifugal force and forces the materials to change the orbit vortex forming in the screen. The amplitude of the gravity heavy regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and screens. The whole machine has compact structure, small volume, no flying dust, low noise, high production, low energy consumption and convenient movement and maintenance. Practical scope: The layer screen of the ZS series is applicable in flow operation and the ideal equipment for rough granulum's disproportional sieving and continuous discharging.
