Dust, wood chips, papers and other light materials also will be removed by this unit. The label removing unit is composed of cyclone separator and label collector, when the PET flakes enter into the cyclone separator, stricked by high-speed rotating divide wing, PET flakes hit the inner wall of cyclone, and fall to the bottom of cyclone. While label flakes are blow up, in the same time, aspirator on the top of cyclone makes an air flow to suck the label into label collector.
