GKL Series Dry Granulating Set Description The series dry granulating set makes powder chemical raw material become granule product met the requiemens of customer through the procedures of air removing, pressing flakiness, processing granule and sieving powder. All parts contated with raw material are made of stainless steel of titenium. It has good property of corrosion resistant. Application Iso-cyanuric acid chloride (incliding sodium isocyanurate dichloride, sodium isocyanurate trichloride) is kinds of derivative of cyanuric acid. It is bleacher with high effect, low toxic, broad-spec-trum and disnifection. Chlorine-alkali enterprises, white carbon industry, chemical fertilier enrerprise. Principle of work The dried powder raw material will be fed from the top of the dry granulator, then enters into flaking machine where becomes laking through extruding by double-roller in the flaking machine. The flakiness raw material will be made into the needed granule product through the procedures of crushing, processing granule and sieving powder and so on. Because the shaping of raw material is through mechanical compressiong, it does not destory the chemical property of raw material and decrease the effective content of product. Because the total productive process is carried out in sealed state and no impurity enters into it, the purity of product is high and no pollution to environment. The productive process is automatic.
