Features of DC drawworks 1. All bearings are roller bearings. Shafts are made of alloy steel. 2. The drum is grooved. Ventilating air clutches constitute the high and low speed ends. The brake is hydraulic disc brake and is water-cooled or wind-cooled, 3. The auxiliary brake is eddy water-cooled or wind-cooled current brake. 4. Shifting is through the air clutch. 5. Chain transmission structure. 6. Chains are lubricated by thin oil, bearings are lubricated by grease. 7. Split construction.
