Butterfly Exhaust Fan

1. This fan adopts advanced frontward opening system and butterfly design with two semicircle shutter doors, which is with small wind resistance, good air-tightness and high efficiency. 2. For the cone part, it adopts new design of plug-type connection, which doesn't need many bolts and nuts for tightening as before. Intensity of labor is reduced so it improves aesthetic results of fan. 3. The belt tensioner device is made of non-deforming and long service life aluminum-magnesium alloy, which makes the inside belt tight up and more effective for avoiding the belt distortions in reverse direction. This helps prolong the belt life and save cost. 4. When the two semicircle shutter doors are closed, the rubber sealing ring gets good airtightness. If some fans stop running, this can avoid air pass through them, which ensures air only pass through cooling pads or air inlets. It improves 15-20% efficiency compared to those different types of same size fan. 5. Installed under the left top corner can keep the motor from damage and avoid wind resistance.
