We mainly produce aluminum investment casting with the material of A356 T6. The aluminum lost wax casting made by silica sol shell process is widely used in many industrial fields, such as aerospace, military, automobile, electronic equipments and so on. Those aluminum investment castings normally need to be T6 heat treated(solution treatment and artificial aging. At the same time, we also provide aluminum gravity die casting and aluminum pressure die casting.
we have many advanced CNC machines: 10 sets of CNC machining centers, 8 sets of CNC turning machines, 15 sets of CNC milling machines, 20 sets of CNC lathes. We can do the mirror polishing and electricity polishing. We can provide finished aluminum castings according to clients’ requirements.
