And the filling material could be down, feather and micro fiber.2)QL002-MT is assembled with a raw material storage, material mixer, material transporter, filling device, electronic scale (weighing device) and recycle dust collection system.3)The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system that can be handled by only 1 operator.4)First of all put the raw down material into the raw material storage where there is one blender, the blender drives the material running, so the material can be easily sucked into the mixer.5)There are 2 sections inside of the mixer that can hold about 10 to 15kg material once a time. The alarm system will make a warning sound as soon as the material is not enough (Controlled by a photoswitch). Then Choose raw material feeding from the control screen, the material will be transported to the mixer automatically. 6)The top section of the mixer holds the raw material and feeds the material to the bottom section by the sense of the density sensor.7)There is a blending device in each section of the mixer to keep material moving continuously.8)First of all, set up the testing time from the control screen--testing mode like 5 seconds and get to know how much material can be filled within 5 seconds from the scale.9)The PLC will make record automatically after few times of testing.10)Calculate how much time you need to fill one particular weight and set up the time from the control screen and then start producing.11)The filling material waste will be sucked and carried back to the mixer automatically through the recycle dust collection system, so that your operation environments will be clean.If you have any interest, please feel free to contact with me--Ms Seliya.
