Because of high cobalt content to enhance the quality of adhesion and duration, this product can provide better adhesion ability with the better resistance to heat, moisture, steam, salty water, rust, and age, compared with conventional liquid naphthenic cobalt salts; also exists in solid for the convenience of measurement and transportation, less cost with minimum consumption, less environmental contamination, and less hazardous to operators.The major application is for the manufacture of whole or half steel radial tires, auto break wheels, and tire plugs, to increase the adhesion between core rubber and steel wires. Other promoters can be added during mixture. The recipe asks for the temperature over 90 o C and uniformly mixture with 6-7 percent promoter.
