After the tray with bottles is pushed into bottle overturning hopper, overturningtray cylinder will work after pressing the button to deliver the tray to ultrasonicgenerator water tank (make use of cavitating function of ultrasonic), at thesame time lower spraying pin plate cylinder will start to work to drive the sprayingpin into bottles that have been cleaned (that are cleaned last time), three-waterthree-steam cleaning will be carried out after signal is received by magneticswitch in front of turning cylinder. After being finished, overturning cylinderand lower spraying pin plate will restore, pushing cylinder will push thetray onto bottle outlet tray after magnetic switch at the end of overturning cylindercatches the signal. At the same time, pushing tray will restore itself afterreceiving the signal from magnetic switch at front of pushing cylinder. Thenthe whole process will be over after the oriented cylinder draws back.
