The main principle of dryer used during drying process: The heat pump evaporator absorbs heat from external environment (air) or recovers the heat remained in the drying process, and then the heat will go through the compressor, and the energy is moved (transferred) to drying box. The heat will be released through the condenser in the drying box, and the hot air in the box will be repeatedly heated while absorbing moisture in materials and lowering temperature and humidifying itself. After the process of hot-air dewatering or condensed water removal, the moisture in materials vents, and finally realizes the continuous dry of materials.
