This unit used for boiling the candy syrup by vacuum. The syrup is dosed by a pump which is controlled by a frequency inverter. After this, the syrup is heated by the steam then flowing into the chamber via a unloading valve. After the vacuum and steam processing, the final products will be produced. The machine is easy for operation and maintenance, has the advantage of reasonable machanism and stable working performance as well, can guarantee the qualtiy of the syrup and long using life.
