Introduction: The Pharmacy and Food Complete Production Line designed and manufactured by SIEHE consists of Stainless Mixing Tank, High-shear Emulsifier, Automatic Materials Feeding System, Batching System, Discharging System, Pipeline System, Self-cleaning System, Control System and Packing System. The production line is with high automatization degree. It can realize production under complete closed condition which is in line with GMP production management standard. Features: 1. Stainless Steel Mixing Tank: Various agitators are available to meet customers' different requirements. The tank is inside and outside mirror polished, without residue. 2. High-shear Emulsifier: The emulsifier includes batch type and continuous type(Inline type). Its working principle is to disperse and emulsify the materials thoroughly within a short period through one/three set(s) of precision-matched rotor-and-stator rotating at high-speed. 3. Automatic measurement system: Regularly adopt weight measurement or flow measurement for liquid. The measured data will be transferred to the control system and the control system will control the transmission pump. 4. Discharging Device: Generally it consists of valves and transmission pumps complying with sanitary grade to meet the production requirements of pharmacy and food. 5. Control System: Monitor through PC+PLC (DCS field bus). Statistical management ensures functions such as data backup, review, statistics, print etc... IPC, Touch Screen as host computer of the system are all from international famous brand to ensure the control system are reliable. Adopts weight measurement or flow measurement, high precision, good stability, swift response, long service life. It measures materials feeding and paint tinting process accurately and displayed on the host computer to avoid error caused by operator during operation to improve the product quality. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Analog input module are all from international famous company. They are compact in structure, strong capability in anti-interferencing, stable and reliable.
