The LZZ vibrating feeder belongs to machinery nearby resonance linear vibration type. The eccentric synchronous vibration is adopted and the spring is used to buffer and isolate vibration to avoid the impact to the foundation of the base, so as to achieve harmony of the rotating speed, the operating frequency and the natural frequency. The amplitude is generated through the rotation of the eccentric shaft and the vibration is transmitted to the hopper so that the hopper is vibrated and the materials on the hopper perform leaping motion by shock excitation. The back of the hopper is vibrated in big amplitude so that the materials generate throwing motion in the discharging direction and the materials flow out through the discharge hole after continuous leaping to complete the feeding operation.
