Kind: Solutions for Rinsing, Filling and Seaming Details: A. Bottle Rinser The machine is a high speed rotary bottle rinser. It functions to rinse beverage and mineral water bottles. New bottles enter the machine via spacing screw and starwheel. Bottle clamp grips bottle mouth and tippling device turns bottle up side down, with bottle mouth facing downward. The bottles are rinsed and dripped, and then tippled back with bottle mouth facing up to be discharged to filler via discharge starwheel. The main machine structure, media contact parts and outer cover are all stainless steel made. Drive transmission by gears. Automatic height adjusting and bottle rinsing .Meanwhile, the machine can be designed to be a separate unit or combined into a monobloc depending on customer requirements. B. Filler Designing Features 1. Mechanical filling valve features quick and sensitive filling. The filling accuracy is high. 2. Double stem centering guide. Lifting cylinder applies bottle neck gripping structure. 3. Main drive transmission applies open type gear combination, which features high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance and sufficient lubrication. Oil and grease lubrication is centralized. Infinite speed variation by frequency inverter. 4.Bottle guide system features simple structure and easy replacement, and can be changed over to suit different bottles. 5. The machine is fully auto-controlled. Bottle presence, cap presence, lubrication, and CIP are all controlled by PLC. 6. Liquid level inside the filler bowl is regulated by liquid level probe to ensure stable liquid level and reliable filling. 7.Machine fully cleaned by CIP. C. Twist-on Capper The capping turret rotates with the turning table driven by reducer. The caps are discharged from the hopper under centrifugal force. There is a wrong cap-separating unit at the discharge. Any passing wrong cap will fall back into the tunnel and be blown back to the hopper automatically. Only caps with right orientation can enter the slide chute. Cap quantity in the hopper are detected by photocell which will control the cap conveyor correspondingly to optimize cap distribution. Right oriented caps entering the slide chute will enter the cap feeding disc fluently. To prevent incidentals, the slide chute is equipped with a wrong cap rejecter to ensure proper cap feeding. The slide chute is also equipped with a pair of photocell, which will stop the machine immediately when detects cap absence. A movable discharge port is installed on opposite side of the hopper discharge port to reject caps without pilferproofring and to clear away remnant caps in the hopper.
