Complex processes and production cycles becoming shorter require new machine concepts. To minimise costs and reduce production time we developed a new line: the F-Series. Four independent sleeves stand by for machining. Thus the ML-F has a genuine 4-part-system, which enables complex process combinations as well as complete machining. With 15 axes and up to 38 tools the ML-F leaves nothing to be desired. Two tool turrets with ever 16 tool stations were integrated in the concept. The second turret is linked with the backside. Thus simultaneous machining with 4 tools is possible. Processes such as thread whirling, gear hobbing and gear milling do no longer need any special angle adjustable tools- tool turret makes it possible.
