USE Bleaching is indispensable in the process of cotton knitwear dyeing and finishing,for which high-pressure kier is an ideal boiling-out device. Our serial products-ZKL16,ZKL18and ZKL20 type carbon steel kiers-can, effectively remove interwined objects of cotton seed husks and fibers and remove oily stains form weaving, thus, fabrics will obtain fine appearance and finishing. Besides, stainless steel kier has the function of bleaching and rinsing with the result that the remaining impurities and natural coloring matter in cotton fibers will be further extracted and that whiteness and penetrating property of the fabrics will be raised.
