Features: Sawing: to saw out on the wood lining plate any curves of sawing weal to fix the formed steel wire cutter mould. Forming: to make with steel cutter wire various curved trademark cutter moulds or paper box insert mould plates of any shapes. The machine is provided with three sorts of devices for steel cutter forming and mould. Punching and cutting: (1).to cut steel wires of 28mm height and of any length, with a gauge to adjust cutting length. (2).to punch out a door-shaped hole so that there will be a "gap bridge" at the joint of inner and outer lining plates when the steel wire is inserted into the lining plates. This insures the stability of mould plate. Drill holes: drills of 0.5~6mm may be used instead of other drilling device at the machine-head to drill out the "gap bridge" hole at the joint of inner and outer lining plates for the saw blade to go through. 5. Cutting: the gilding material-cutting device at the machine can cut various sorts of imported and home-made gilding materials with a smooth and high speed (no such a device in model-1400).6.
