AAC Cutting machine is the main equipment in the production of aerated concrete with output of more than 100, 000 cubic metre per year. JQF cutting machine series, which are designed by our company, can accomplish six-side cutting in one step. Because of its advanced technology, there is no need for secondary crane, which reduces the abrasion of body blank arising from multiple cranes. Through constant technical reformation, our factory has developed aerated concrete cutting machine of various types. Working Theory of Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine: The aerated concrete body and the bottom plate are put on the overturn table and moved to the slip table of cutting machine, then they are turned by 90 degree, and the body is moved to the destination. The body is cut in four sides horizontally, and then cut in two sides vertically. The cut body moves from the small slip table to overturn table, and is turned by 90 degree so that it is put on the overturn table. The whole process is automatic. Purpose of Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine: The cutting machine is applicable for cutting the aerated concrete body, which has been hardened and released from mould.
