It has many advantages, such as plasticizing, small cutting speed rate, high output, long use-life and others. The line is composed of conical double-screw extruder, vacuum calibration and cooling table, hualing off machine, dust free cutting machine and stacker. If add one small co-extruder, it can produce various beautiful color PVC profile. The speed of main motor and drawing motor are regulated by Top-ranking freqency converter, like Siemens, ABB etc. The temperature controllers adopt RKC or Omron of Japan with high precision. The maintenance is very simple. For the mould, we only adopt superior quality mould steel, like 3Cr17, 3Cr13 which can endure high temperature and keep internal structure shape to produce high accuracy size profile. After change of screw, barrel and mould, It also can extrude wood and plastic composite(WPC) products.
