Waste water with plastic power is pumped into the vibration filter from the basins of spinner. There is a vibration filter which is driven by two vibration motors. When waste water with plastic powder is pumped into the vibration filter, plastic powder is vibrated in to bag. While water pass through the screen and flow into tank for reuse. The vibration filter is used to treat the water with small size materials, such as plastic chips, wood chips, metal pellets and stone chips. The vibration filer is composed of vibration screen, water tank and bag rack. When the waste water with small size materials is pumped into the vibration screen, the water is filtered through the screen and flow into the water tank, while the small size materials are remained on the screen. There are two vibrating motors on the vibration screen which make exciting force, under the action of exciting force, the small size materials are vibrated in the bag which is hung on the bag rack.
