This line is composed of vertical washing machine, sterilizing & drying tunnel, filling & sealing machine. It is divided into three zones of washing, drying & sterilizing, filling & sealing. Each machine can function independently, or be connected as a compact line. It could finish processing procedures such as: Water sprinkling, ultrasonic washing, ampoules infeed by screw conveyer, Turn ampoules by manipulator, water flushing(interior and exterior), air flushing(interior and exterior), preheating, drying & sterilizing, cooling, (front gas charging), filling, (rear gas charging), preheating, sealing, and etc. It is mainly used for production of ampoule in pharmaceutical factories.
