This line is specially used to extrude the aluminum and plastic composite panel. This kind of panel is for the internal and external wall decoration. The effective width of the finish product is from 1220mm to 1750mm and the thickness is from 1.0mm to 5mm. The thickness of the aluminum foil is 0.03 - 0.5mm. The big vented extruder JW series 170, 160, or 150 is used to ensure big capacity, this line even can produce qualified finish products using 100% recycle materials. This line has been exported overseas.
