Strict quality control has been exerted at each stage of casting, Joint venture is capable of manufacturing 1830x6100mm drying cylinders with design pressure being 5,8 bars and 11 bars, Such key equipment has been furnished with the drying cylinder production line as heavy duty lathe for both internal and external machining of shells, grinder for external grinding, numerical controlled lathe, dynamic balancing machine and hydrostatic testing facility. The drying cylinder production line has available the special equipment for the machining of UNO Roll and VAC Roll.
