The vulcanization tube include semi-catenary, steam heating tubes, water-cooling tube.3. Dual pay-off machine and dual take-up machine.4. Upper capstan and lower caterpillar.5. Triple cross head: 3 layer co-extrusion rubber cable cross head, has advantage of Germany TROESTER. Heating and cooling by water or oil.6. Extruder group: 70-120-90 extruders, there is hydraulic pressure guide rail walking device at the bottom of extruder. Extruder barrel is heated and cooled by water. Using mold temperature controler to control water temperature. Guide tube is contnected with triple cross head. Rubber is melted in extruder, then through into guide tube, then into triple cross head. Finally, 3-layer cable is co-extrusioned from triple cross head.7. Electric control system: Include industrial control computer, PLC touch screen operation, DC regulator.
