Punching System:
There’re 3 punching stations, one of which can be manually replace by marking characters, and the punches selection are controlled by three air-cylinders. The hydraulic cylinder is installed on the top can provide 1000kN pressure which is enough for punching & marking job.
Drilling System:
For TPD3/TPD3-HD, there’s one drilling unit installed beside of the punching unit which can provide Max. Rotation Speed up to 1500 rpm totally assures the high production capacity.
Worktable:
An X-Y movable worktable can fit for different size of Plate with Max. Dimension 1500 x 800 x 35mm.
Clamping System:
Clamping system with 2 pinchers besides the worktable holds the pre-cut plate moving stably to the working section assuring the high precision while processing.
Hydraulic Station:
A hydraulic station separate laid beside of the machine provides abundant pressure for punching and marking work. Air cooling or water cooling is for customer' s option.
Finished Workpiece:
The punching speed is around 2 second/ hole (including stroke time), and the high quality punched & drilled holes is easy for erection job.
