ZHTD-301-B Hot melt Butyl sealant is a kind of one-component, solvent-free, 100% Solid content, primary seal hot melt sealant based on high molecular weight polyisobutylene (BASF Oppanol B 15N) for insulating glass. It can keep good plastic and adhensive during a wide temperature range. ZHTD-301-B Hot melt Butyl sealant has lower water vapour transmission, better weatherproofing and strength. It gives better effectie guarantee to produce high quality insulating glass. It is special for large plate insulating glass and insulating glass for curtain wall. It is mainly used for insulating glass together with ZHTD's ZHTD-998 two-component polysulphide sealant and two-component silicone structural sealant for insulating glass to finish double glass layers seal. This butyl sealant can be used with Hot melt coating machine.
