I. Brief introduction of working principle and structure This machine is composed of Loading Section, Heating Section, Quenching Section, and Unloading Section. There are uniformly installed many quartz ceramic rollers in the heating section. They can make the glass avoid to be distorted when heated. The control method in the heating section is intelligent module and PLC. The blades in the quenching section make the cooling-air blow evenly on and below the glass surface. Glass is laid in the loading section and taken out from unloading section. This machine can produce common flat glass, pattern glass, sand-blast glass and opaque glass, concavo-convex glass (concavo-convex size < 2mm), reflecting glass and hard filmed Low-E glass. II. Features 1. Adopt the quartz ceramic rollers which are excellent in linearity, roundness and heating deformation; 2. The distance between the blades and glass is adjustable; 3. High producing efficiency and excellent product quality; 4. Low energy consumption: Based on 5mm glass, the average power consumption is 4~5 kwh/m2. 5. Glass product is nearly pure flat, no spot and no wave. Its optical characteristic is close to that of the original glass. 6. The tempering minimum glass thickness is 2.5mm; 7. Every group of temperature controller has alarm for temperature exceeding, and has multiple temperature exceeding protection; 8. Adopt special nozzles made by the USA technic to guarantee the convection and equilibrium of high temperature air in the heating section, and the convection extent can be adjusted in a wide range and easily controlled; 9. Heating chamber can be design to double-chamber or multiple-chamber according to customer's request; 10. High rate of qualified product: Above 98% normally (mainly depends on the factors of temperature-control and glass-quality). All the products are according with the standard of GB/T9656-1998, GB/T9963-1998 or tempering standard of JIS R 3206.
