Automatic feeding device Applicction This device is composed of vacuum system, hydraulic pressure system, transporting system and feeding system. There are four where under the frame traveling forwards on the track; Suction arms are fixed on the suction frame with three suction cups on each suction arm, the suction arm vertially upturns when suction frame trveling forwards and vacuumpump start working enabling suckion cup sucking glass and upturning to level position when suction cups touch glass on the suction frame while synchronously sending the item to cuuting table as frame traveling backwards to a fixed position. The whole process is controlled by PLC, a manual control button is installed on the control panel for convenience.
