Description of the machine This machine is specially designed and produced for grinding tools used in CNC turret punch press. Max. Grinding diameter is 300mm and the rotating worktable is inclinable to be 0-10 degree which is for grinding rooftop tools. The dual-alleyway water cooling system and high-grade grinding wheel prevent tools from burning and so raise the life of tools. Both top and bottom tools can be grinded by this spcial machine. Since the top punching tools are long and they are not easy to be fixed on the surface grinding machine Small occupying area: Can be closed to the turret punching machine. If you dont have spare tools, this is most important. Axis of grinding wheel is designed to be same to that of the working face. So the grinding result is of high precision. Grinding measure can be preset and automatically controlled Special grinding wheel with big pores, long life and more smooth & clean grinding results III Structure This machine is comprised of grinding wheel frame, grinding measure adjusting mechanism, feeding mechanism, three jaw self centering holding chuck, motor and cooling system. The grinding measure adjusting mechanism can make gring wheel frame move up and down; The wheel frame can be swung towards to the grinding measure adjusting mechanism; The wheel frame rotates alongside the holding chuck and grinds the tools. The rotate worktable is mounted with three jaw chuck or permanent magentic chuck suitable for various top and bottom tools. The quick-locking-device can achieve interchange between three-jaw chuck and magnetic chuck within few seconds. NC control: The grinding measure, quick grinding speed, slow grinding speed, non-feeding grinding time, etc., can be preset on the touch screen. The minimum stroke setting is 0.001mm.
