When water level rises to full, the water level in minitype water tank will slowly declines by around 20-30cm after user's consumpation of water. Here fixed water level valve will start to compensate the water supply for minitype water tank, thus to avoid whirlpool produced by minitype water tank, and the incidental error of frequent running of valve due to frequent opens of valve when water level declines by 25cm.
