Buckets full of debris and sludge are transferred by a conveyer and moved up along the guide rail by the lifting device, to be automatically overturned at the top. Bucket capacity can be controlled to transport a large amount of debris and sludge. After depositing the debris and sludge into the hopper, the lifting device is overturned and the bucket descends to repeat the process.
