Highly accurate, compact coordinate measuring machine for small workpieces
The robust construction of the Leitz Micra ensures the highest possible accuracy and outstanding long-term stability for measuring small workpieces. Thanks to the Leitz LSP-X1c probe system, high-speed scanning is available as standard with the Leitz Micra. The low force probing mode makes this probe system especially suitable for delicate surfaces – workpiece surface structures are subjected to minimum probe force in this mode. PC-DMIS or Quindos Software rounds off the overall package.
