17-4PH SUS630 S17400 DIN1.4542 is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel with Cu and Nb additions. This material combines high strength and hardness, with good corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties can be optimized with heat treatments. The materials are generally used for parts requiring corrosion resistance and high strength at room temperature. It is suitable for machining in the solution-annealed, cold-worked and age-hardened condition.Standard: ASTM A564, A705, A693, AMS5643, AMS5604.We offer the materials in form of stainless steel round rod, stainless steel square bar, stainless steel wire rod, stainless steel forging, stainless steel flat strip, stainless steel forged cylinder, stainless steel forged ring, stainless steel forged tube sheet.As per the customer s request, 17-4PH will be furnished in the Condition A, Condition H900, H925, H1025, H1075, H1100, H1150 and H1150M. The mechanical properties are altered by different age hardening treatments.
