YF series PVC wide door production line suitable to produce PVC fence gate, integrate door, wall board, according to different board section to choose different conical or parallel twin screw extruder and provide relative vacuum sizing tank, haul-off, cross direction saw cutter, stacker auxiliary equipment. The capacity of main extruder is from 250kg/hour to 800kg/hour for option. Special design for haul-off is by particular up and down technology of our company, working stable, reliable and heavy duty force. Vacuum sizing tank have particular big eddy flow cooling system to cooling and sizing easy for wide door making necessary.
