Removable tank 1. Introduction A. The tank is mainly used as mixing container for small batch production and temporary storage tank for small quantity materials. Imported stainless steel material, argon arc welding ensures the good appearance of welded joint. B. Inside and outside mirror polished, easy to clean. C. The bottom is with slight slop to empty materials completely. The bottom is with outlet, connecting to pipeline or raise up to a certain height to facilitate materials discharging. D. With cover to avoid material splashing during mixing and volatilization of the solvent materials. 2. Features A. According to technical requirements, the tank can be designed to be double layer or three layer type with jacket and heat preservation layer for heating or cooling. B. According to mixing requirements, tank can be designed with dished end, bottom is with rounded angle to avoid dead corner during mixing process. C. According to production requirements, tank can be equipped with brake wheels(remove or fix easily) or with forklift channel( Removing or lifting the tank to discharge materials to reduce the working intensity, which is be of great help for plant production management. )
