This system is an on-line real-time X-ray imaging system for parts inspection. It is specially designed for 100% inspection of parts, which are generally characterized in large quantities, multiple varieties, medium or small size, rough parts and raw materials in such industries as automobile, aerospace, electrical and electronics. Opening design can not only independently serve as a system, but also as a workplace attached to the production line. This system owned by Sanlei patently with SMOS X-ray imaging devices. Images from dynamic digital image processing workstation is superior than images from ordinary film. The traditional bulky lead-house is replaced by special X-ray protection technology, thus simplifying detection and improving its efficiency greatly.
