Its core electronic components are imported with original packing. The machine is mainly composed of electric-heating pre-heated oven, microwave heater, microwave suppresser, blower and dehumidifier monitoring system, mechanical drive mechanism, and pioneer PLC automatic control. Microwave heater consists of several units of heating boxes. The whole machine adopts modular design, resulting in convenient cleaning, installation, disassembly, inspection and repair. operating principles: During the operation, first microwave is produced by microwave signal generator and then transferred into microwave oven by energy feed-through. At the same time, materials are conveyed into the heating container by transmission system. Here, water in the materials is heated and vaporized by the action of microwave energy and water vapor is vented by dehumidifier,so as to attain the purpose of drying. Bacteria in the materials are killed under the biological effect and heating effect of microwave, which are generated under the action of microwave electromagnetic field. Because microwave can directly effect on the materials, it brings on low drying temperature, rapid speed, and minimal loss of effective elements of medicines. Structural features: Due to PLC automatic control, the machine has the advantages of flexible choice of microwave power, even heating and simple operation. Magnetron is made by Japan Panasonic Company and it can be divided into water cooling and air cooling. In addition, microwave transformer can adopt such two kinds of structures too, resulting in easy maintenance and low failure rate. There are several microwave feed in entrances in every unit of heating box and mutual interference between them is extremely slight thanks to the advanced design. Microwave signal generator is constituted by several independent power control circuits. Every magnetron is controlled independently by an overload current safeguard and it can work separately according to the client's need. There is a microwave suppresser installed at the entrance of the machine, ensuring the leakage of microwave conforms to the national safety standard. Teflon closely-woven conveying belt with guide rail is adopted, which is safe, nontoxic and works steadily. The speed adjustment of conveying belt is speed control by frequency variation. Transducer is produced by Japan Panasonic Company and it has precise control and stable performance. On the top of every unit of heating box there is a fume capture arm and flange connecting is left, which can be accompanied with client's own blower and dewetting system. As a result, water vapor discharged by materials of heating box can be vented in time, ensuring well drying effect. Besides, heating boxes are equipped with infrared radiation thermometer imported from the United States, which is noted for precise measurement and stable capacity. Utilizing this function, the machine can realize automatic adjustment of temperature and thereby precisely control the quality of products. The machine's core components are all made of famous foreign companies with reliable quality and long life, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi and ABB etc. Furthermore, by adopting the agreed standard of microwave industry, some large-scale, mini-type, widening, multilayer and heightening etc. form of equipments can be customized according to the clients'equirements.
