If it is determined that our inks and related fluids caused damage or excessive wear, we will bear the cost of service and/or repair if the following conditions are met: Reasonable precautions have been taken in handling, storage and use of Graphic Controls Ink Jet products. Damage is determined by qualified Ink Jet service representatives of both Graphic Controls and the customer. A report of such damage is written. An explanation and/or demonstration is provided for confirming that the fluids are the cause of the problem. Damaged parts are returned to us.
