The lever of mechanical machining process equipments is high. There're more than 50 units equipments, adopting Φ 200 CNC floor-type milling and boring machine, Φ 10m CNC vertical lathe and so on, which may meet the overall dimensions of 10m× 6m× 3m, machining of heavy casting of 100 tons-weight. Quality test has more than 30 sets inspection equipments, such as direct-reading spectrometer with 26 channels, metallographic microscope, ultrasonic fault detector and so on. The equipments and process of our company is leading level in China's foundry industry, we own the production capacity of 20000 tons~30000 tons/year(0.5-80t)high quality steel casting and 70000 tons-80000 tons (0.5-30t) high quality steel ingot. We can produce various steel ingot with various grade, including 0.5t-80t carbon steel, high manganese steel, heat resisting steel, abrasion resistant steel, corrosion resisting steel, ultralow carbon stainless steel and supercritical steel, meanwhile we can also produce various steel ingot with various grade with the production capacity of 70000t-80000t(0.65t1.4t2.5t3.0t5.0t).
