Chain Drive Drilling Rigs Features 1. Designed and manufactured in compliance with SY/T5609-1999 standard. The rig as a whole can operate in temperatures ranging from+centigrade -35 centigrade, satisfying HSE regulations. 2. Powered by 3 sets of 2000 Series diesel engines with gear box transmission 3. The drawworks drum is grooved. Main brake is hydraulic disc brake and assistant brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake. Drawworks is equipped with assistant lifting device. Main drawworks adopts pneumatic tube clutch for remote control, thus operating easily and quickly. Cathead drawworks is equipped with sand drum and bank brake, of one-piece structure. 4. Drawworks adopts split type arrangement and installed above and under the drill floor. Heavy main drawworks is placed at lower position. "Bevel gear box + cardan shaft" are installed on the drill floor. Drill floor is box-on-box type structure, compact, easy to rig up. K-type mast without pulling rope is fit for assembly at ground level and rigs up as one unit 5. Belt compound for transmission. Equipped with heavy-duty, triplex single-action mud pump with cardan shaft transmission.
